When you book a consultation or purchase a nutrition plan with immediate delivery, you will be asked to provide express consent for us to begin performance of the service immediately. By providing such consent, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.

4. Cancellation Policy for Consultations

4.1 Advance Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation appointment, we require advance notice as follows:

  • 48 Hours or More: Full refund or free rescheduling to a mutually convenient time
  • 24-48 Hours: 50 percent refund or option to reschedule (one-time courtesy)
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but may reschedule subject to availability and at our discretion
  • No Show: No refund and no rescheduling option

Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or circumstances beyond your control, such as serious illness or family emergency. Please contact us as soon as possible if you face such circumstances.

4.2 How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment:

5. Refund Policy for Services and Plans

5.1 Consultation Packages

  • After the first session has been conducted, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus a 20 percent administrative fee
  • If more than half of the sessions have been completed, the package is non-refundable

5.2 Nutrition Plans

For personalized nutrition plans and meal planning services:

  • Before the customized plan has been created and delivered to you, full refund available within 14 days
  • Once your personalized plan has been delivered, no refund is available as the service has been performed
  • If you are not satisfied with your plan, we offer one complimentary revision within 14 days of delivery

5.3 Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle
  • No partial month refunds are provided
  • Prepaid multi-month subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months, minus any promotional discounts received
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation, we offer a satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with your first consultation for any reason, notify us within 7 days
  • We will offer you either a full refund or a complimentary follow-up consultation with a different consultant
  • This guarantee applies one time per client for first-time consultation services only

This guarantee is offered in good faith and may not be combined with other refund policies. We reserve the right to decline the guarantee in cases of abuse or misuse.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 How to Request a Refund

NourishSphere shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Reschedule services to a mutually agreeable time
  • Provide alternative service delivery methods (such as virtual consultations)
  • Issue a full refund if services cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe
